It’s just a month until the world’s scariest clown – when, let’s face it, all clowns are scary – is back on our screens, and a new featurette has been released to whet our appetites (watch it below).
Here’s a brief synopsis of the upcoming movie:
“Evil resurfaces in Derry as director Andy Muschietti reunites the Losers Club—young and adult—in a return to where it all began…”
Apparently this one is more or a horror than the first film, though it’s also, as Jessica Chastain says in the featurette below, a coming-of-age tale.
It: Chapter Two is out on 6 September in the UK and US.
The film stars Chastain, James McAvoy as Bill, Bill Hader as Richie, Isaiah Mustafa as Mike, James Ransone as Eddie, and Jay Ryan as Ben. Bill Skarsgård is back as Pennywise, and the original young cast appear in flashbacks.
