MONOS gets home entertainment release date

The critically-acclaimed film is out in the UK on DVD, blu-ray and digital on 17 February.

Hypnotic, gripping and unsentimental, the film – directed and co-written by Alejandro Landes – follows a group of child soldiers in an unknown Latin American country, tasked with guarding a kidnapped American woman doctor.

Part Lord Of The Flies and part Apocalypse Now, MONOS highlights the effects of war on children who have to become adults to survive, even though that makes them more legitimate targets for every adult they come into contact with (including the kidnapped Doctora).
