Each episode also includes a special taster track from Military Wives – The Official Soundtrack, which is released on 6 March.

Already being called the feel-good film of the year, the Military Wives movie – based on a true story – explores what life is really like for partners and families left behind, as a group of British Army wives coming together to form the first military wives choir while their partners are serving in Afghanistan.
The film comes out in the UK on 6 March (there’s also a limited US cinema release on 27 March). Co-starring with Scott Thomas and Horgan are Greg Wise, Jason Flemyng, Emma Lowndes, Gaby French, Lara Rossi, Amy James-Kelly and India Ria Amarteifio. (Check out the trailer here.)
Dame Kristin Scott Thomas speaks of her own military life experience, loss and the bravery of these women: “It’s the worst thing waiting, being left behind and having to trust that the person you love is going to be alright, but at the same time you know they are doing something insanely dangerous.”
