Turning Point – out now from Lionsgate, though made a few years ago – is about two star-crossed lovers/robbers who break in to a house only to realise a transforming zombie is sealing himself, and his unwanted guests, into his home… for good.
Imagine being so good at DIY you can nail several doors and windows shut even when you’re technically brain dead. Put that guy in a TV show with Nick Knowles, at least until his arms drop off.
Here’s the synopsis:
There is danger in the night, but the true terror is inside the house. Trapped within the home of a zombie in transition, Margot and her partner in crime must find their way out before they become the ghoul’s first victims. Their only hope for survival is a bizarre neighbour with an expert knowledge of the undead and the flicker of humanity remaining in their mutating stalker.
As it’s already out on digital/on demand if you’re on your own at home and you hear shuffling maybe stick it on the telly to distract yourself and provide a bit of company.
