Four times Oscar-winning movie Parasite is set to expand into more UK cinemas, after a recording-breaking weekend.
It will be in over 400 sites across UK and Ireland after a recording-breaking weekend at the box-office.
The film grossed £1,079,102 from 136 venues with an incredible screen average of £7,935. Cinemas across the UK and Ireland reported multiple sell-outs through the weekend.
Including previews, the film opened with £1,389,856, which is a new record for a subtitled film in the UK.
