Thierry Frémaux, the Festival’s General Delegate, unveiled the 2020’s Official Selection last Wednesday, comprising fifty-six films – they can go into other festivals and cinema runs bearing the Cannes logo.

The list is structured differently previous years – in the video they talk about not trying to structure it as they always do, as that would make a second-rate version of what they usually do.
