UPDATE 1 April: read my Dumbo review now
It’s less than three weeks until Dumbo is released! Tim Burton’s live action remake has already had its US premiere in LA, and the trailers show just how delightful the big-eared baby elephant is.
Max Medici (Danny DeVito) owns a struggling circus – when an elephant is born with ridiculously large ears, Medici hires Holt Farrier (Colin Farrell) to care for it. But when they discover it can fly, entrepreneur V A Vandevere, owner of his own bigger, more glamorous circus, is soon on the case… and teaming up with french trapeze artist Colette Marchant.
The movie stars Eva Green as Colette, Michael Keaton as Vandevere, Roshan Seth as circus performer Pramesh Singh, and Nico Parker and Finlay Hobbins as Holt’s children Milly and Joe.
Dumbo is coming out on 29 March in the UK and the US.
