Motion capture, baby! Keanu Reeves is Johnny Silverhand in new Cyberpunk 2077 images

20th November 2020 by Sarah Leave a Comment

“I think there’s a Johnny Silverhand in all of us. He’s got a lot of energy, he’s got a good sense of humour, if not a little dark at times. He’s very passionate, he cares, he’s kinda naïve but also super experienced in life.” Keanu himself

New images have been released from Cyberpunk 2077, showing Keanu Reeves like you’ve never seen him before as he gets into the role of his new digital character, Johnny Silverhand.

Theres also brand-new footage of Keanu taking part in motion-capture to play the co-protagonist in Cyberpunk 2077.

The last time I played a video game was in the mid-80s – a horse race on a green screen – and even setting up meant linking a portable TV, a Sinclair Spectrum 48k computer and a tape recorder. And after all that, I was terrible. So I won’t be playing Cybperpunk 2077 but sometimes it’s just good to look at the pictures isn’t it.

Watch it here and scroll down for the images:
